This wine is characterized by an elegant pale rosé colour, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Great variety of scents, among wiht the cherry stands out, with hints of rose, and the violet in the background.
It is great as aperitif, but also excellent throughout the meal, with shellfish and seafish.
Best served at a temperature of 5-8° C.
