Wine characteristics
It is an extra dry wine, pale straw yellow, with intense scents, exuberant, persistent and continuous perlage. It bouquet is fruity with a pleasant fragrance of bread crust. The final taste is sweet and soft.
It is served at a temperature of 6-8° C. It is good to accompany aperitifs and seafood entrees.
