Wine characteristics
It is obtained with grapes coming from the best vineyards, with an excellent exposition of the hills and a low yield per hectare.
The process of winemaking is quite long and the permanence of the wine in small oak Barriques lasts at least one year.
This wine has  a great  body and structure. Its colour is  an intense garnet red and it is tinged with orange. The scent of forest fruits becomes delicate ad the wine refines, harmonising with the vanilla note conveyed fu the wood.
It accompanies savoury dishes such as roast meat of game and cheeses of bright flavours. It is very important to serve this wine at a temperature  of 16-18° C.
